Produced from mature Blue Weber agave grown in the Tequila Valley (Los Valles), it is crafted to highlight the natural flavors of agave while gaining depth and complexity through careful barrel maturation.

How It’s Made
Origin
Distilled at NOM 1493 in Los Valles, Jalisco, Mexico. Agave grown in Jalisco.
Cooking & Fermentation
Slow-roasted in traditional masonry ovens. Crushed beneath a stone tahona wheel. Drawn from a deep on-site well. Fermented in the open air in wooden vats on agave sugars alone, the agave fibers separated out beforehand.
Distillation & Maturation
Twice distilled. Distilled in copper pot stills. Bottled at 40% abv.
