Additive-free high-proof blanco tequila handcrafted by Felipe Camarena at El Pandillo Distillery (NOM 1579), bottled at 55% ABV to showcase the full intensity of Highlands agave and Terralta’s signature mineral-rich deep well water.
Terralta Blanco 110 is handcrafted by Felipe Camarena at El Pandillo Distillery (NOM 1579) in Jesús María, Jalisco. Produced from mature Blue Weber agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco, the tequila is cooked in traditional stone/brick ovens, extracted using a tahona, fermented in stainless-steel tanks, and double distilled in copper pot stills. Produced exclusively with deep well water drawn from beneath the distillery, it is bottled at 55% ABV (110 proof) with minimal dilution to preserve its concentrated agave character, minerality, and natural texture. Produced without additives.

How It’s Made
Origin
Distilled at NOM 1579 in Los Altos Southern, Jalisco, Mexico. Agave grown in Jalisco, harvested at 8+ years.
Cooking & Fermentation
Slow-roasted in traditional masonry ovens. Crushed beneath a stone tahona wheel. Drawn from a deep on-site well. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks on agave sugars alone, the agave fibers separated out beforehand.
Distillation & Maturation
Twice distilled. Distilled in copper pot stills. Unaged. Bottled at 55% abv.
