Terralta Tequila Añejo
Overview
Additive-free añejo tequila handcrafted by Felipe Camarena at El Pandillo Distillery (NOM 1579), aged in American oak barrels while preserving the mineral-rich character imparted by deep well water.
Terralta Añejo is handcrafted by Felipe Camarena at El Pandillo Distillery (NOM 1579) in Jesús María, Jalisco. Produced from mature Blue Weber agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco, the tequila is slow-cooked in traditional stone/brick ovens, extracted using a tahona, fermented in stainless-steel tanks, and double distilled in copper pot stills. Produced exclusively with deep well water sourced beneath the distillery, it is matured in American oak barrels for at least one year, developing notes of vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, and baking spice while retaining Terralta’s signature agave-forward and mineral-driven profile. Produced without additives and bottled at 40% ABV.
