Don Rico Tequila Blanco

Overview
Additive-free tequila crafted from Highland and Tequila Valley Blue Weber agave using traditional stone ovens, roller mill extraction, and double distillation.
Don Rico Blanco is produced at NOM 1608 in central Jalisco using 100% Blue Weber agave sourced from both the Highlands (Los Altos) and the Tequila Valley (Los Valles). The agaves are slowly cooked in traditional stone and brick ovens before extraction with a roller mill. Fermentation takes place in open-air stainless steel tanks without agave fibers, followed by double distillation in stainless steel pot stills fitted with copper coils. Produced without additives, Don Rico Blanco offers a balanced profile of cooked agave, citrus, pepper, herbal notes, and light minerality that reflects the character of both growing regions.
