How It’s Made

Origin

Distilled at NOM 1120 in Ciénega, Jalisco, Mexico. Agave grown in Jalisco.

Cooking & Fermentation

Slow-roasted in traditional masonry ovens. Crushed with a stone tahona alongside mechanical roller mills. Sourced from natural spring water. Fermented in the open air in stainless-steel tanks on agave sugars alone, the agave fibers separated out beforehand.

Distillation & Maturation

Distilled in copper pot stills. Unaged. Bottled at 47% abv.
