Overview

Additive-free blanco tequila handcrafted at El Pandillo Distillery (NOM 1579) using the proprietary Doble del Alma fermentation process to highlight the purity and complexity of Highlands Blue Weber agave.

Nobleza 33 Blanco is handcrafted by fourth-generation master distiller Felipe Camarena at El Pandillo Distillery (NOM 1579) in the Highlands of Jalisco. Produced exclusively from mature Blue Weber agave, the tequila is slowly cooked in traditional masonry ovens, crushed using Felipe Camarena’s custom tahona, and crafted using the proprietary Doble del Alma fermentation process, which separately ferments agave fibers and juice before blending. Each component is distilled in copper pot stills before being united to create a tequila that emphasizes vibrant agave character, minerality, and natural sweetness. Produced without additives and bottled at 40% ABV.
