Lágrimas del Valle “La Mesa del Charco” Plata is the brand’s first single-estate tequila, made from mature Blue Weber agave grown by the Rosales family near El Arenal, Jalisco. Produced at Tequila Cascahuín and bottled unaged at 46% ABV, it offers notes of tangerine, clove, anise, dried cherry, white chocolate, and almond.

How It’s Made
Origin
Distilled at NOM 1123 in Valles region, Mexico.
Cooking & Fermentation
Slow-roasted in traditional masonry ovens. Crushed with a stone tahona alongside mechanical roller mills. Drawn from a deep on-site well. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks.
Distillation & Maturation
Twice distilled. Distilled in stainless-steel pot stills. Unaged. Bottled at 46% abv.
