How It’s Made

Origin

Distilled in Mexico. Agave grown in Mexico.

Cooking & Fermentation

Slow-roasted in traditional masonry ovens. Juice separated by mechanical roller mill. Sourced from natural spring water. Fermented in the open air in stainless-steel tanks on agave sugars alone, the agave fibers separated out beforehand.

Distillation & Maturation

Distilled in stainless-steel pot stills. Bottled at 44% abv.
