How It’s Made

Origin

Distilled at NOM 1595 in Central Jalisco, Mexico. Agave grown in Jalisco.

Cooking & Fermentation

Juice separated by mechanical roller mill. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks on agave sugars alone, the agave fibers separated out beforehand.

Distillation & Maturation

Distilled in copper pot stills. Bottled at 40% abv.
