Distilled at NOM 1523 in Los Valles, Jalisco, Mexico. Agave grown in Jalisco.

Cooking & Fermentation

Steam-pressure autoclave cooking. Crushed with a stone tahona alongside mechanical roller mills. Sourced from natural spring water. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks on agave sugars alone.

Distillation & Maturation

Distilled in copper pot stills. Bottled at 39% abv.
