How It’s Made

Origin

Distilled at NOM 1414 in Los Altos Southern, Jalisco, Mexico. Agave grown in Jalisco, harvested at 6–8 years.

Cooking & Fermentation

Slow-roasted in traditional masonry ovens. Juice separated by mechanical roller mill. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks on agave sugars alone.

Distillation & Maturation

Twice distilled. Distilled in copper pot stills.
