How It’s Made

Origin

Distilled at NOM 1102 in Los Valles, Jalisco, Mexico. Agave grown in Jalisco.

Cooking & Fermentation

Acid-thermal hydrolysis. Diffuser. Drawn from a deep on-site well. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks on agave sugars alone, the agave fibers separated out beforehand.

Distillation & Maturation

Distilled in pot stills paired with a rectifying column. Bottled at 40% abv.
