How It’s Made
Origin
Distilled at NOM 1494 in Los Valles, Jalisco, Mexico. Agave grown in Estate-grown agave from Los Valles and Los Altos de Jalisco, harvested at 6–10 years.
Cooking & Fermentation
Slow-roasted in traditional masonry ovens. Juice separated by mechanical roller mill. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks.
Distillation & Maturation
Twice distilled. Distilled in stainless-steel pot stills. Unaged. Bottled at 38% abv.
