G4 Tequila G4 Blanco
Overview
Traditional additive-free Highland tequila produced at NOM 1579 using mature Blue Weber agave, stone ovens, tahona extraction, open-air fermentation, and copper pot distillation.
G4 Blanco is produced at Destilería El Pandillo (NOM 1579) in Jesús María, Jalisco, by fourth-generation master distiller Felipe J. Camarena. Made from mature Blue Weber agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco, the tequila is slowly cooked in traditional stone ovens, crushed with a tahona, fermented in open-air stainless steel and wooden tanks without fibers, and double distilled in copper pot stills. A blend of natural spring water and harvested rainwater contributes to its distinctive mineral profile and balanced character. Produced without additives, G4 Blanco is known for its pronounced cooked agave, citrus, mineral, herbal, and pepper notes with a clean, lingering finish.
