How It’s Made

Origin

Distilled at NOM 1438 in Los Valles, Jalisco, Mexico. Agave grown in Jalisco.

Cooking & Fermentation

Slow-roasted in traditional masonry ovens. Juice separated by mechanical roller mill. Sourced from natural spring water. Fermented in the open air in stainless-steel tanks on agave sugars alone.

Distillation & Maturation

Distilled in copper pot stills. Unaged. Bottled at 40% abv.
