Distilled at NOM 1110 in Los Valles, Jalisco, Mexico. Agave grown in Jalisco.

Cooking & Fermentation

Slow-roasted in traditional masonry ovens. Juice separated by mechanical roller mill. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks on agave sugars alone.

Distillation & Maturation

Distilled in stainless-steel pot stills fitted with a copper condensing coil.
