Origin

Distilled at NOM 1111 in Los Altos Southern, Jalisco, Mexico. Agave grown in Jalisco.

Cooking & Fermentation

Slow-roasted in traditional masonry ovens. Crushed with a stone tahona alongside mechanical roller mills. Drawn from a deep on-site well. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks on agave sugars alone.

Distillation & Maturation

Distilled in copper pot stills.
