How It’s Made

Origin

Distilled at NOM 1474 in Los Altos Southern, Jalisco, Mexico. Agave grown in Jalisco.

Cooking & Fermentation

Slow-roasted in traditional masonry ovens. Juice separated by mechanical roller mill. Sourced from natural spring water. Fermented in the open air in wooden vats on agave sugars alone, the agave fibers separated out beforehand.

Distillation & Maturation

Distilled in copper pot stills. Bottled at 42% abv.
