Distilled at NOM 1559 in Los Altos Southern, Jalisco, Mexico. Agave grown in Jalisco.

Cooking & Fermentation

Slow-roasted in traditional masonry ovens. Juice separated by mechanical roller mill. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks on agave sugars alone.

Distillation & Maturation

Distilled in pot stills paired with a rectifying column. Bottled at 40% abv.
