Microbatch reposado tequila made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown near El Arenal in Jalisco’s Tequila Valley. Tahona-crushed, open-air fermented, copper-pot distilled, and rested in oak, it retains an agave-forward profile accented by gentle vanilla, spice, minerality, and toasted wood.

Distilled at NOM 1477 in El Arenal, Jalisco; Los Valles / Tequila Valley, Mexico. Agave grown in El Arenal; Jalisco; single-estate.

Cooking & Fermentation

Slow-cooked in ovens. Crushed beneath a stone tahona wheel. Drawn from a local well. Fermented in the open air in stainless-steel tanks.

Distillation & Maturation

Twice distilled. Copper stills. Bottled at 40% abv.
