Distilled at NOM 1459 in Los Valles, Jalisco, Mexico. Agave grown in Jalisco.

Cooking & Fermentation

Wood-fired stone/adobe oven. Crushed by hand. Sourced from natural spring water. Fermented in the open air in wooden vats on agave sugars alone, the agave fibers left in the must.

Distillation & Maturation

Distilled in copper pot stills. Unaged. Bottled at 42% abv.
