Origin
Distilled at NOM 1522 in Los Valles (Tequila Valley), Jalisco, Mexico. Agave grown in the Tequila Valley, Los Valles; Jalisco.
Cooking & Fermentation
Slow-roasted in traditional masonry ovens. Sourced from natural spring water. Fermented with ambient, wild yeast.
Distillation & Maturation
Twice distilled. Distilled in copper pot stills. Bottled at 40% abv.
