How It’s Made

Origin

Distilled at NOM 1464 in Los Valles, Jalisco, Mexico. Agave grown in Private estates in Jalisco’s Tequila Valley.

Cooking & Fermentation

Slow-roasted in traditional masonry ovens. Juice separated by mechanical roller mill. Drawn from a local well. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks on agave sugars alone with ambient, wild yeast.

Distillation & Maturation

Twice distilled. Distilled in a column still. Bottled at 40% abv.
