How It’s Made

Origin

Distilled at NOM 1107 in Ciénega, Jalisco, Mexico. Agave grown in Jalisco.

Cooking & Fermentation

Slow-roasted in traditional masonry ovens. Juice separated by mechanical roller mill. Drawn from a deep on-site well. Fermented in closed stainless-steel tanks on agave sugars alone, the agave fibers separated out beforehand.

Distillation & Maturation

Stainless/copper hybrid. Unaged. Bottled at 55% abv.
