Origin

Distilled at NOM 1146 in Los Valles, Jalisco, Mexico. Agave grown in Jalisco.

Cooking & Fermentation

Steam-pressure autoclave cooking. Juice separated by mechanical roller mill. Sourced from natural spring water. Fermented in the open air in stainless-steel tanks on agave sugars alone with a cultivated yeast strain.

Distillation & Maturation

Distilled in copper pot stills. Bottled at 44.4% abv.
