How It’s Made

Origin

Distilled in Mexico. Agave grown in Mexico.

Cooking & Fermentation

Roasted underground in an earthen pit oven. Crushed by hand. Drawn from a deep on-site well. Fermented in the open air in wooden vats on agave sugars alone, the agave fibers left in the must.

Distillation & Maturation

Filipino style (wood/copper). Bottled at 40% abv.
