Cooking & Fermentation

Steam-pressure autoclave cooking. Juice separated by mechanical roller mill. Sourced from natural spring water. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks on agave sugars alone.

Distillation & Maturation

Distilled in copper pot stills. Bottled at 40% abv.
