Distilled at NOM 1127 in Tamaulípas, Mexico. Agave grown in Tamaulípas.
Cooking & Fermentation
Steam-pressure autoclave cooking. Juice separated by mechanical roller mill. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks on agave sugars alone.
Distillation & Maturation
Distilled in stainless-steel pot stills fitted with a copper condensing coil. Bottled at 43% abv.
