How It’s Made
Origin
Distilled in Mexico. Agave grown in Mexico.
Cooking & Fermentation
Steel oven (direct flame). Crushed by hand. Sourced from natural spring water. Fermented in the open air on agave sugars alone, the agave fibers separated out beforehand.
Distillation & Maturation
Distilled in stainless-steel pot stills fitted with a copper condensing coil. Unaged. Bottled at 47% abv.
