How It’s Made
Origin
Distilled at NOM 1605 in Los Altos Southern, Jalisco, Mexico. Agave grown in Jalisco.
Cooking & Fermentation
Slow-roasted in traditional masonry ovens. Crushed beneath a stone tahona wheel. Drawn from a deep on-site well. Fermented in the open air in wooden vats on agave sugars alone.
Distillation & Maturation
Stainless/copper hybrid. Bottled at 47% abv.
