Distilled at NOM 1607 in Los Valles, Jalisco, Mexico. Agave grown in Jalisco.

Cooking & Fermentation

Slow-roasted in traditional masonry ovens. Crushed beneath a stone tahona wheel. Drawn from a deep on-site well. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks on agave sugars alone.

Distillation & Maturation

Distilled in copper pot stills. Unaged. Bottled at 40% abv.
