MXCO Polanco is a certified-organic, additive-free tequila brand inspired by the cosmopolitan culture of Mexico City. Its small-batch tequila is made with organic blue Weber agave from the Jalisco Highlands using traditional tahona extraction and pot-still distillation, with an emphasis on sustainability, fair-trade practices and carbon-neutral operations.
